These decide when a request is on time. Late requests aren't refused: they go to the technician to review.

On time means sent before the cut-off time, the given number of school days before the lesson. A practical that needs longer preparation asks for its own longer notice.
Only days inside a term count as school days. Leave empty to count every weekday.
Days inside a term when school is closed, e.g. staff training days.
Optional. When on, technicians can set how many of each item the school has, and see a warning when a day's requests ask for more.
Every technician sees every request. A task can have a lead technician, and others can help with it. Any technician can take a task, help with it, or pass it to someone else from their page.
Checked from the top; the first one that fits wins. For example: Subject is Physics → Ben, then Stage is KS3 → split evenly between Anna and Cara. A technician who is off that day or marked away is skipped. "Split evenly" gives each new task to whoever has had the fewest of that rule's tasks that week.
Untick the days a technician doesn't work. One-off absences are marked on the technician page ("I'm away this day").
Only technicians and school admins can change these.
